Visitors to a stillspot take in expansive views of New York City while listening to Arvo Pärt’s “Hymn to a Great City”. This was the fourth of five stops on To a Great City tour, curated by Arvo Pärt and Snøhetta for the Guggenheim’s Stillspotting NYC multidisciplinary project.
